Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the personal nature of our products, all sales are final once an item has shipped. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for products that have been delivered.
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or there is an issue with your order, please contact our support team and we will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible as a part of our 30 Satisfaction Guarantee.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund at any time before production begins.
If production has already started but your order has not yet shipped, cancellations may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee to cover manufacturing and processing costs.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.
Product Sizing
Please review all product measurements and specifications carefully before placing your order. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for products ordered in a size that does not meet your personal preferences.
